A minimalist integration resulting in transformational retention boosts
Unlike previous titles by Fumb that integrated ZBD Rewards, this game had no thematic link to Bitcoin or real-money player rewards. Nor did we seek to change that. We wanted to see how well the game would perform if we simply added rewards with our Unity SDK, while leaving the game, its theme and creatives unchanged. The result: different from our other Fumb collaborations, but a resounding success.
- D1 Retention decreased, as users were surprised with rewards and some showed aversion
- Results completely transformed by D7, seeing triple-digit uplifts through D30
